Terms of Service

Rules for using SendRad. Please read carefully before creating an account.

Last updated: 2026-05-27

1. Introduction

SendRad (https://sendrad.com) is the name of this software service. SendRad is operated by its founder as an independent software project based in Egypt. SendRad is not yet registered as a separate legal entity.

These documents are provided in plain language for transparency. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer in your country. If you need a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for your organization, contact us at hi@sendrad.com.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SendRad website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (version 2026-05-27).

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. The Service

SendRad is a business software tool that helps you manage social direct messages (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger), automate replies using AI, follow up with leads, and connect Google Calendar for booking. Features may change during beta; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business results.

Marketing examples on our website (such as response-time or conversion illustrations) are for explanation only unless we state otherwise in writing. Your results depend on your offer, audience, and how you use the Service.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspaces. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.

You may invite or manage workspace members only in line with your plan limits and these Terms. Do not share accounts in a way that bypasses billing or security controls.

4. Your data and your customers

You control the business content you upload (knowledge base, agent instructions) and the lead or customer data processed through connected channels (names, phones, emails, message content, notes).

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect, use, and message your leads and customers, including obtaining any required consent, providing required notices, and honoring opt-out requests. SendRad provides software; we do not decide how you market or message people on your behalf.

Our Privacy Policy explains how SendRad processes personal data. For business customers who need a processor agreement, contact us to request a DPA when available.

5. Messaging and platform rules

The Service integrates with third-party messaging and social platforms. You must comply with their terms and policies (including Meta/WhatsApp Business rules), anti-spam laws, and applicable marketing regulations in each country where your recipients are located.

  • Obtain permission before sending marketing or automated messages where required.
  • Honor stop/opt-out requests promptly (for example, STOP).
  • Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
  • Do not use the Service for phishing, malware, or impersonation.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use risks platform violations, abuse reports, or harm to SendRad or others.

6. AI features

AI-generated replies are produced by third-party language models routed through our infrastructure. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You must review AI behavior for your use case and disclose automation to leads where required by law or platform policy.

You remain responsible for messages sent from your connected accounts, including AI replies, follow-ups, and calendar actions initiated by the agent. Use human takeover when needed.

7. Billing, trials, and refunds

Paid plans, trials, credits, and channel limits are described on our Pricing page. Checkout and subscriptions may be processed by our payment partner (Polar) as merchant of record. Taxes and payment methods are handled according to their checkout flow.

Where a free trial is offered, you may need a valid payment method on file; you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then, as shown at checkout. AI replies consume credits according to your plan; inbox and manual replies do not use AI credits unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our payment partner's policies unless we agree otherwise in writing. Cancel subscriptions through your billing portal when available.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Probe, scan, or test the Service without permission.
  • Reverse engineer or circumvent security or rate limits.
  • Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service except as we allow in writing.

9. Intellectual property

SendRad and its branding, software, and documentation are owned by the operator of SendRad. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service while your account is active and in good standing. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display it to provide the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of SendRad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in that period, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where law does not allow such limits.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the platform, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Any disputes should first be raised with us at hi@sendrad.com so we can try to resolve them informally.
